Alika is built around the actual, ordinary work of running an event — not just pretty invitation cards.
Run as many events as you like — a wedding this month, a graduation next — each with its own guest list, cover photo and settings. Your data is never mixed with anyone else's.
Start from a curated cover for your event type, or upload your own card design. Choose where the guest's name and QR code sit on the card.
Add guests manually, import a whole spreadsheet, or pull them straight from your phone's contacts — with phone-number validation and duplicate detection built in.
Invite one guest or two under a single QR code — Alika tracks each invitation type correctly, right through to check-in.
Send each guest their card by SMS or WhatsApp with one tap, using an editable message template that's personalized with their name.
Every invitation includes a personal RSVP link. Guests confirm or decline in seconds — no login, no app download required.
Scan each guest's code as they arrive. Single invitations confirm instantly; double invitations correctly handle "1 of 2 today" and top up to "2 of 2" later.
See live counts — invited, accepted, declined, checked in — and export a real PDF report to share with your team or client.
Use Alika comfortably day or night, and switch the menu between English and Swahili.
Creating events, adding guests, sending invitations and scanning check-ins all happen in the Alika app on your phone. This website exists for the two things that need to work outside the app too: letting a guest RSVP from a link with nothing installed, and letting you check your numbers from any browser.
The RSVP page is what opens when someone taps the link from their SMS or WhatsApp invite. They see your event details and one tap to accept or decline — nothing else.
The host dashboard lets you sign in with your Alika account and see accepted/declined counts for every event from a browser — handy when you're not near the app.
